Put a dynamic subtitle to a Card

Hi! Is there a way to put a Measure as a subtitle in a Card as i show in the image? 

Or do i have to create another Card to do it? if so, how can i put the label name parallel to the number?

Just put one card under the first card. 

And if you dont want this to happen that the card underneath overlaps the KPI number, then add a text field group it with the down card by placing it under the card. Use Selection panel to group and to move the objects forward/backward.
