Pulse Chart -X axis

Capture.PNG

Hi,

I was using Pulse Chart Custom visual.

Just a quick question here , can we not have anything other than date on X axis because number of dates in my data is huge , i want to show a count on months basis. When i use a month field (with data type integer or Month Name) , it shows me some garbage integer values on x axis and since pulse chart visual has no option to modify type of values on x axis , its not working for me.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Anonymous,

In my test, I could add numeric Month values onto X-axis of Pulse Chart. Please create a separate Momth field.

Hi Yuliana,

Thanks for the response.

In your screenshot , on x axis it shows some garbage integers instead of Month integers.

Is there a way to change them to Month integers like (201801 , 201802 and so on)

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous,

Sorry, I didn't notice the displayed values on X-axis. You'r right, it looks like it is not allowed to add numeric fields onto X-axis. As of now, there is no option to change this behavior. Please submit this problem here to get more professional advice.

Regards,

Yuliana Gu
