Pulling data from JIRA via API, using a JIRA Filter

Hi all,

Apologies if this has been asked before, i did search but couldn't find an answer to my specific query.

I can pull data into PowerBI from JIRA using the following API link -

https://jira.companyname.com/rest/api/2/search?jql=project=%22DDL%22&maxResults=1000

However, this JIRA project has 22,000 items and I do not want to do 22 seperate data pulls, and at any one time I only need to pull data for the 300 odd active items.

I would like to edit my API link above to include the filter I use to monitor these active items. The Filter URL is -

https://jira.companyname.com/issues/?filter=52881

Is this possible please? I have tried a few logical approaches but no luck so far.

Thank you
