Pull value from table based on date

Here are the steps you can follow：

1. Create measure.

Measure =

MAXX(
    ALL('Table'),[Date])
var _Spi=
SUMX(
    FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Date]=_newdate),[SPI])
var _CPI=
SUMX(
    FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Date]=_newdate),[CPI])

"Latest Date" &" : "& _newdate

&" "&" CPI" &" : "& _CPI
