Pull text data from one column, based on multiple criteria

Using the "Main Table" as the source, I am trying to create a measure that will generate what is shown in the "Table w/ Measure".

What I need is a measure that determines the latest audit date for an individual, where "Violations" equals "1", so that the corresponding "Interaction details" would be genrated for the individual (see column "Details of Last Interaction w/ Vilolation" in "Table w/ measure)

Thanks for a quick response Ashish, you provided some good insight in general; however, using your file I made a few updates to better illustrate my probem.  

1. I didn't mention that I need the information to display in a matrix similar to what is shown below.
2. With the new example, the result I would want under the "Last interaction details" column is "aaa", becuase this is the information associated with the last time a violation was identified (As you can see with the current measure the column is pulling "bbb" which is associated with the latest audit date in general).
