Long ago, I created an Equipment Inspection form in MS Form that employees put entries into. Those were fed into an Excel spreadsheet via Flow. From that spreadsheet, I had another separate sheet that used MAXIF statements to give me the most recent hour meter entries so I could use them for tracking usage.
Long story short, I was having tons of Flow errors due to what I think was because of so many formulas in the spreadsheet. I converted this operation to feed into a SharePoint list instead, and it is working flawlessly since- no failures in the last 2 months.
However, I need to figure out a way to get those current meters again. Is there a good method or instructional video that can help someone with very little Power BI background accomplish this?
(I've attached photos of the old Excel spreadsheet that took entries, the other sheet that pulled current hour meters, and my currently used SharePoint list for receiving entries).
