Publishing to PowerBI returned "remote server error 404 Not Found

Hi report view and publishing unable to load or publish now.  Earlier today was working fine. 

Desktop App tries to continually load report but never loads, just imprint of power bi symbol in middle of screen.  Also when I try to publish to any report get remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

I have reset my machine, cleared cache and also tried login and link on another windows 10 machine.  Nothing will work.  are your servers down?

The issue was resolved in approximately 2 hours. You can try it again and check if it works fine.
