Publishing succeeded, but Power BI needs credentials for the data source

The publishing works, but as soon as it is done I am getting this error :" Publishing succeeded, but Power BI needs credentials for the data source. To provide credentials, please click the link below." I do that and it just sits there nothing happens.

I work with the desktop version at my desk at Microsoft and try to publish to website that seems to be in Azure. https://outlook.office.com/

Internally it works all fine.

I found the issue I did not have the gateway set up. So after I ran that things are working just fine
