Publishing Report with Descending Order Filter

Hi,

 

I have a report which I am happy with.

 

The problem arrises while looking at it online. The descending order date filter has reverted back to ascending.

 

Does anyone have a remedy for this?

    Anonymous Did you save the filter before publishing?

      Anonymous ,

      Are you using any bookmark on that page?

      Else you can select the Sorting order as per your need then Save on that page. Similarly, if you are using Bookmark so sort the order on that visual then update your bookmark and publish it.

    Hi Anonymous ,

    Could you please share the related screenshot of visual setting in Power BI Desktop and Service(mask the sensitive data)? The order of data in desktop be set as descending originally before publish to service? Whether you shared the report with others? Did anyone modify the setting of the related visual?
