As it is a very generic error message, it can have many different causes. Can you provide some background on this model?
Can you provide some detail of what connections you have in this report? Is it a report with a live connection, or a semantic model+report you're trying to publish?
Which types of connections does the semantic model have? Are you using a gateway to get access to the data source in the service?
Do you have access to the workspace underneath? Has the model been published there before? Are you only facing this issue, or someone else in your team as well?
