Published report publishing to same workspace, want different workspace

Hi, We have two workspaces where one is considereded the "Development" workspace that is intended to be reviewed by Business Analysts, and the "Production" workspace where the reports are live and distrubted to our intended customers.

We are currently having a problem where a report that is already published to "Development" will not prompt us for which workspace we want to publish it to, instead constantly publishing the report to the "Development" workspace. Is there a way to change the workspace for a report that is already published?

On further investigation it appears that it is due to the fact that the report is connected to a dataset in one workspace but not the other. If you republish the dataset to the intended workspace and use the dataset of the intended workspace it will publish to that workspace.
