Published BI map is different from desktop BI map - not displaying IRL (Irish) information

The maps I need are working perfectly on DESKTOP BI, but when I publish the data and the report,  the information for Ireland is missing.   Admittedly I'm only using the first part of the Irish postc...

Have updated to latest August version of Desktop BI.  And re-published.  Desktop version shows Ireland plots, Portal / web version doesn't.  I'm at  a bit of a loss as to how to proceed.  Unfortunately, it's the Irish data which is of more interest to our mangement.  :)
