Publish using Desktop acting strange

Hello there,   I'm trying to publish the report using the desktop app but something is wrong!   everything is disabled and I can't proceed or even close the window.     But I can do it t...

Yes it happens sometime, Try to restart the power bi or swich to big screen you will be able to see the publish button.

    It's already in an enlarged screen and I can't see the publish button.
