I have ever successfully published PowerBI report from destop app to my workspece for more than year,
I am the owner of the workspace.
I have "Pro" user right for PowerBI.
Now, I met the issue when I tried to publish report to my workspec.
The error message shown
" Couldn't Publish to Power BI
Sorry, you don't have access to publish to this workspece,
please contact the owner for access.
Has this happened to anyone this week??? I can't find a solution for this.. I'm an admin of the shared workspace... and I have never had problems. and it is only with one report since others I can publish...
I have the same problem. I'm the administrator and he's not letting me publish. This error had already happened to me before and it reestablished itself. Will it be a failure?

According to your statement, I get the information that your have Pro license on Power BI Service. But here I need more information to help you solve your issue.
Which workspace did you try to publish when you met this error, Personal Workspace or an App Workspace?
If you get error when you publish your report to Personal Workspace, please refer to this solved post which has the same issue like yours.
What kind of data source and connection mode are you using in your Power BI Report?
Please make sure whether you could succeed to publish a report with import conenction mode which use enter data as data source to this workspace.
If you could do this, I think this error should not be caused by Power BI.

The workspace is NOT for personal, it is used for my firm.
I should have access right for this workspace,

The issue happened in January 2023.
Yes, I don't quick clear about the connection mode for the data source,
By the way,
I had requested IT ticket at my firm, hope I can get solution for it.
Im also getting the same error. Im the owner of the workspace, but i cant able to publish my report.

@iamjonwin , Seem like you do not have access to workspace where you have published. Check with your Power BI Admin.
Also, check issues- if there is an issue on portal
