Hi, @zkMakers

Please see the limitations section of this document to see if there is a reason why you cannot publish to the web.

Publish to web from Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Here are some possible solutions:

  1. Check if the Publish to Web feature is enabled for your organization. You can do this by going to the Power BI admin portal and checking the settings for the Publish to Web feature.

  2. Check if the report has any measures from the fiddler trace. If the report has measures, it may not be eligible for Publish to Web. You can check the fiddler trace to see if there are any measures in the report.

  3. Check if the model has user context queries enabled. If user context queries are enabled on the model, you may not be able to generate a snapshot for Publish to Web. You can check the browser trace to see if there are any user context queries enabled on the model.
