Publish an app in Power BI with copy allow

hi all,

when i publish an app i choose "allow users to make a copy of the reports in this app" at the first page.

At the second page i add three contents: Report 1, Report 2, Report 3.

The Enduser can only copy Report 1 but not Report 2 and Report 3.

Do i something wrong?

Best Regards

Hi @Pikachu-Power - Ensure that Report 2 and Report 3 have the proper permissions set for end-users. When you grant access to reports in an app, each report's permissions might differ. Check if the users have sufficient access to copy these reports, just like they do for Report 1.

Underlying Dataset Permission: Ensure that the datasets used in Report 2 and Report 3 are shared correctly with the users. If users don't have proper permissions for the underlying datasets, they may not be able to copy the reports.

Check Sensitivity Labels or Data Protection: If Report 2 and Report 3 have any specific sensitivity labels or data protection policies applied, it may prevent them from being copied.
