Publish a paginated report to the Power BI service

We have PBI reports that we publish to a workspace that is shared by the company.   Is it possible to publish paginated reports to this same workspace (which is not a premium capacity workspace), or must we publish to premium-capacity workspace?

Hi, @Anonymous ;

 According to official document ,You can publish and share paginated reports in your My Workspace or in workspaces, as long as the workspace is in a Power BI Premium capacity. If you have a Premium Per User license, you can convert any workspace, including My Workspace, to a Premium workspace. See the Power BI Premium Per User FAQ for details.

  Base on my understand ,you could assign already exists workspace to a Premium capacity. There are two ways to assign a workspace to a capacity: in the admin portal; and from a workspace.

@Anonymous , for the paginated report as of now, the workspace should be premium.

Help me understand, so I have per-user premium licenses for those who will develop and use the paginated reports.   I want to publish this to a workspace that already exists used by those with Pro licenses.   I can not intermingle paginated reports with standard reports because the workspace must be premium?
