Publish Report goes into a loop

Publishing the report doesnt finish. Just gives the below message and doesnt finish. the file is only 13MB

    Hi mohsenask ,

    Can you once try by closing the report and restarting it again and then publishing?

    Also, you can once check the network connection if its working fine at the time of publishing.

      Thanks Avantika. 

       

      Ive tried all that already and it still doesnt finish publishing. Tried through different connections - office as well as home.

        Can you publish reports normally with other Power BI accounts?
