I have new look of PowerBI on desktop and on service. However, when published on SharePoint it shows old look. Does anyone know how to solve this?

As you said, the words "published on SharePoint" means that you use the option "Embed in SharePoint Online". If you make some changes in your report, you may need to embed again in SharePoint Online .
