Pstgresql Too many connection for same role

Hi Guys,

Im using a postgresql online server and I have 20 tables to update.

the issue is that I cannot update in PBI due to too many connection for same role. Is there is a way to update tables not at the same time ?

(I cannot provide more than one user on the server)

I find the solution in options : just two things possibles:

First if you have directquery, you can limit simultaneous queries to server.

and secondly,

i Actual file, unclick enable parallel loading
