Proxy Error with CRM Online

Yesterday it was all working perfectly fine until I rebooted my company's computer for updates, then starting getting errors when connecting to my customer's crm online

DataSource.Error: OData: Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.
Details:
    DataSourceKind=OData
    DataSourcePath=http://customer.crm6.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/OrganizationData.svc

Any advices?

Might be transitory, I know that our CRM instance was having maintenance performed yesterday and today and there have been some recent outages. So, it could have been an issue on the CRM Online side. If you can check their services in Admin on portal.office.com, take a look and see if the service is degraded or something along those lines.

but were you able to connect to CRM online? Is the error just for Power BI with u too?
