Proposal: Pop-up with posting tips for new messages

Hi everyone,

@Greg_Deckler, have you thought of suggesting to the admins that they include a pop-up with your very useful tips on posting (or a trimmed down version) when someone is posting a new message? Particularly for, but not necessarily restricted to, new users. So that when posting a new message they get a reminder: "please read through this to help yourself and the community".

Too often messages miss sample data, include only screen captures, etc. This would possibly make the forum more efficient.

What do you guys think? Good idea?

It's a good idea. It's that frustration that drove me to create the blog post in the first place! I'll tag @chass and see what he thinks.
