Project status shown in a chart

Hello everyone,

 

I am trying to create a dashbaord showing progress of projects. Something like shown here below, but I am failing to insert the stages of the project either onto axis y or x, all I have is count. What am I doing wrong please?

I saw similiar question here on Reddit , but seems no clear answer was given.

    Hello Dhairya,

     

    source is SP list, I want the project name on one axis and project phase on other, than use slicers by region etc possibly. Is this feasible somehow?

    Would anyone know please? Gannt chart could help, but it requires from-to dates for project stage as far as I know and I have no from-to dates in my table.
