Hello,
I'd like to make a report that shows Project for the Web (P4W) resource assignments across multiple projects that displays hours per day and per week. This feature already kind of exists in P4W, but the problem is we can't filter the view to show only certain people/projects. I'm hoping to have more flexibility in Power BI. Can anyone suggest a way to display the data? It should look similar to this:
Thank you for your help!
Jessi
Hi @jessibarnes ,
According to your description, you want to make project management metrics easier to manipulate with power bi. I found this document that details how to load Project for web data into power bi and apply ready-made templates to present the data. If you want a filtered view, you can also utilize the creation of a slicer to meet your requirements

You can also refer to the responses to these two posts to make sure your reports are easy to follow and avoid connection errors

Thank you for the links, but they don't exactly meet my needs. I found someone at the office who helped me-- she was able to pull the "planned work" values into a matrix and helped me with filtering. I can try to give more detail if anyone else runs into this!
Dear @jessibarnes I'd highly appreciate if you could share the details how you've solved the problem. Maybe even sharing your report file if this is possible?
thanks a lot in advance.
