Hi guys,
I'm pulling tables in from Project Online using an OData retrieve. It recognises tables with a relationship and offers the option to expand the related records. But when you do this, it provides the error: "DataSource.Error: OData: Unsupported query option encountered: $expand".
The result is that we have to pull multiple tables and merge them which is far less efficient. Would be great to get a fix for this.
Note that I don't think creating a content pack is a solution (as has been suggested in the forums), that's just a work around as is the merge I mentioned above. As you can see in the following link, there are numerous people facing this issue and I'm sure many more who don't post but just use a work around:

Hi @KCinMelbourne,
According to this document:
The ProjectData service does not implement the $links query option or the $expand query option.
The issue is related to Project online endpoint. You can see: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/1b629bd4-08ca-4df8-b755-55d497fbf864...
