Programmatic access to shareable link including my changes

When viewing a report in the service a user can generate a link which includes their changes ( slicer settings etc ) which they can then share via Teams or any other method. Is it possible to generate such a link programmatically, either in Power BI or in some other space like Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Forms ?
