Production Yield Calculation and Pareto

Hi, 

Completed yield calculation with great help from this forum. My next challenge is to create the pareto for each "production line"

Like all Pareto

1) Line= current yield + accumulative yield

2) Column = fail count

Tried for a few hours and followed the pareto tutorial but without success. Appreciate any help.

Note: Columns are correct but "Line Values" are not showing
