I have data related to Purchase order description, vendor name and vendor code. How do i create a metric on the dashboard that shows if the same material has been purchased from different vendors at different price.

1. Create measure.

    FILTER(ALL('Table'),
    'Table'[material]=MAX('Table'[material])&&'Table'[vendor code]=MAX('Table'[vendor code])),
