Procesando-Error y forzar cierre
He estado teniendo inconvenientes con Power Bi Desktop,
Ya que al aplicar un cambio en consultas o al darle cerrar y aplicar , sale un mensaje de procesando , el cual se queda pegado y me obliga a forzar el cierre de la aplicacion y no se guarda nada de lo que haya trabajdo.
Es un error recurrente , durante el dia, tengo la ultima version de BI, pero desde esta semana empezo el fallo

The issue is likely caused by inefficient or complex queries, corrupted steps in Power Query, or an overly large data model straining system memory. Automatic background previews and slow or unstable data sources can also cause Power BI to hang during processing. it can cause the entire process to freeze and require force quitting.
Disable Auto Data Previews (in Power Query Editor): Go to File > Options and Settings > Options. Under Global > Data Load, uncheck: "Allow data preview to download in the background" "Enable data preview to download in the background". Restart Power BI. Avoid unnecessary steps or transformations. Simplify joins, filters, and groupings. Load only the required columns.
This helps test transformations on a small sample and avoid long loads. Go to File > Options and Settings > Options > Data Load. Click "Clear cache" and reduce "Maximum allowed RAM" for preview. Go through each applied step in Power Query. Remove or fix any step that may cause circular references or crashes.
Even if you're on the latest version, try a clean reinstall to clear out potential corruptions. While applying changes, open Task Manager and watch memory/CPU use this can help diagnose resource exhaustion.
Temporary Workaround: If urgent, you can disable query loading on complex queries and re-enable once transformations are finalized:- Right-click query in Power Query → Uncheck "Enable Load".
- Apply changes → If it succeeds, re-enable and reapply.
