From above description, I am not clear abour your problem.

 

Could you please provide some simplified sample data (detailed records) to help us better understand your table structure and illustrate what is your desired output? 

 

"every buildplan, buildplan_branch and deploymentplan is combined independently to its foreign keys. and the Index is always the same wrong number. Normally I just get a memory error..."

 

What do you mean "is combined independently to its foreign keys"? What is the error message?

Please use the "Buildplan: Stages" report. There you can add bamboo_reports environments Stage Index in the second table. 

 

I meant, that powerbi was generating the Cartesian product of the dimensions, ignoring foreign keys, just as there is no connection between tables.
