Problems with credentials

Hey guys,

Can someone help me?
I'm trying to schedule the update in power BI online, and I don't know what I did wrong, the error message is as follows:

Some credentials are not validated as they are set to ignore the test connection.

How could I solve this problem?

The error (500) rather points to an issue on your data source server. Can you confirm it is up and running well?

@lbendlin How would I check this properly? On desktop when I update the data is loading correctly. It seems ok to me.

@lbendlin I asked and they answered that the requests made are successful. They suggested for me to ask microsoft support. The image shows the evidence they sent

Have they confirmed that you should use anonymous authentication?

@lbendlin Yes, I contacted support again, they asked me to make a new request and they informed me that there is nothing on their side, it may be a specific point in the power BI
