Hi Cervo114,
The error message mention two scenarios: gateway offline/unreachable and refresh timeout. (for free and pro license they have 2 hour timeout limitations, the premium license has 5 hour timeout limits)
I'd like to suggest you to check the network status and policies of the device which installed the gateway and checkj the refresh history of the refresh durations and optimization query refresh performance.
