Problems with Gateway

Hi, I've had a problem with the Gateway for some time. The message is here: Codice errore: DM_GWPipeline_Client_GatewayUnreachable Errore di connessione: Gateway offline o non raggiungibile. Assicurati che il gateway sia online e riprova.     Hi Cervo114,

    The error message mention two scenarios: gateway offline/unreachable and refresh timeout. (for free and pro license they have 2 hour timeout limitations, the premium license has 5 hour timeout limits)

    I'd like to suggest you to check the network status and policies of the device which installed the gateway and checkj the refresh history of the refresh durations and optimization query refresh performance.
