Problems with Filters and Dark Mode
Using the Power BI desktop version released in Oct 2024, I notice that the filters pane is not displaying the list of conditions (e.g. Greater than) in the drop down apart from the selected one or if a new filter the first one when the system is in Dark mode Very annoyiung, the other options are white text on a white backgrouns it seems.
These settings did not seem to be available in the desktop, but the latest update has sorted the issue anyhow

i think you’re encountering a known issue with the October 2024 release of Power BI Desktop. Many users have reported that in Dark Mode, the filter pane’s dropdown options are not displaying correctly, with the text appearing white on a white background.
Here are a couple of workarounds you can try:
Change Filter Pane Background: Adjust the background color of the filter pane to make the text visible. You can do this by clicking on an empty area of the canvas, then going to Format > Filter Pane > Background and setting a different color.
Adjust Text Color: Set the text color of the filter cards to white while keeping the input and background black. This should make all filter types visible.
These are temporary fixes, and the Power BI team is aware of the issue and working on a permanent solution. Hopefully, it will be resolved in an upcoming update.
