Problems with Data Refresh

Since this morning we are having intermitent errors in data refresh,    Everything worked well until mid day, since then 9 out of 10 data refresh failed..  is there any known problem at the server...

    Have you checked if there's any modification on the data source side? In addtion, please also make sure gateway has been updated to the latest version.

Hello Jimmy, thanks for your guide.. no changes at all in data sets , certainly we have an old version of gateway (Sept 2019), we updated to the new gateway version (Feb 2020) and seems everything come back to normal. Thanks a lot !!!!

    Hello again, Jimmy,

     

    Still the problem reproduces, we have updated the gateway, but after one our the error appears again in almost all our refresh datasets.. we have a great problem with this.
