Problems with Bing Maps and Alpha-3 Code

Hello,

I do have a problem with countries shown incorrectly on the dashboard.

I have imported the Alpha-3 and Alpha-2 codes from wikipedia as following:

Now this problem occurs:

 

A lot of countries are not shown colored on the map, although all countries are selected.

As far as I can tell, geocoding was changed in the June update and advertised as an "improvement"...

...but in reality this change has caused the native map visuals to become significantly less user friendly. There are posts on this forum almost every day describing various problems. A few workarounds have been offered, but they are less than ideal.

ARCGIS map is better in that regard, but has serious formatting limitations and doesn't interact properly with slicers.
