Problems loading excel tables

Good afternoon Power Bi community

I'm having trouble loading excel tables, I get the image error. I don't know how to solve it because I'm starting with Power Bi.

I would appreciate it if you could help me.

    Hi pattyjq ,

    Has the report connected to other data sources or what did the excel file look like?

     

    If the report has other data sources, you can open a new blank report to connect to the excel file again to check it or update the Power BI Desktop version to check.

     

    If still has the same issue, you can enable tracing for Desktop to find the details error message of this issue.
