I just deleted it and reinstalled it. I still have the problem.
Are you using Power BI Desktop Optimized for Report Server? Because I do, and if i open "the normal" power bi desktop, i get "Preview features".

I thought you used Power BI desktop. For more issue about Power BI report server, please post the thread to corresponding forum to get dedicated suppot.
