Problems getting data from the Power BI Service connection

I have tested it on my local environment, we cannot reproduce this issue. Are you a pro user or free user? Please ensure that you used the same user on Power BI services and Power BI desktop. Then which type of datasource did you connected? Please provide us more detail information so that we can try to reproduce this issue and make further analysis.

Hi,

I'm a pro user and am definitely using the same user details!

 

The datasource I'm struggling with is the new one in beta, to connect PowerBI Desktop to the PowerBI Service. In our PowerBI Service we have a shared dataset in a group (that I have edit rights to) that I would like to connect to and make reports on, but when trying to connect to this I receive the errors I originally raised.
