Problems enable Q&A in spanish

Hello team, I'm traying to enable Spanish language in Q&A by following these steps.

I checked the "Spanish available for Q&A" box in the "preview features" menu.

Then I enabled it

The problem is that I can't use Q&A anymore.

How can I fix this problem?

s there another way to active this feature ?

Hi @CharlesGP  @oframirezp I have the same issue in PBI Desktop version 2.137.952.0 64-bit (October 2024). Have you found a solution or workaround?

After changing the language to spanish, when exporting the linguistic scheme this warning appears indicating that the specified language is not supported, even though I have previously activated the Q&A feature in spanish in the settings.

Can you please share some more detail information about this issue? They should help us clarify your scenario and test to troubleshoot.(e.g. power bi desktop versions)

Thanks for the information, I'm using Power Bi Desktop in the version 2.123.742.0 (November 2023).

And It gives me this error screen.

Before activating the Spanish language it worked fine.

It seems like you are worked with an old version, perhaps you try to update to the latest version and try again.

Hi Xiaoxin!

 

I'm currently having the same issue as the OP. I've enabled the Q&A spanish language feature and the widget stops working. I just updated the desktop app to the latest version (2.136.1202.0 published on 25/09/2024) and I get the same promt which I didn't get when the language was set to English.

Any idea about what could be happening?

Additional info:
- My data origin is local, a Excel workbook with two sheets that are related by a calendar table created within the app.
- The file isn't published into any workspace, just working on my pc.

Thank you for the information.I updated to the most current version (December 2023) and it still does not work, when I upload the report in the power bi service it works correctly.
