Problems colouring markers on line chart

I have this line chart:   The issue is I can't find out how to change the colour of the markers and legend.  I can change the marker border colour but can't find a way of changing the inner c...

    Fusilier2 , My last suggestion will not work , because of two measures 
    Select a series 

    change color and border for that

Fusilier2 , If both are measures, disable the marker, convert to Bar visual, apply conditional formatting, and change back to line, it should show the color marker
