Is there a way to get all slices of the pie to show their value? The light green and orange sections have a value but do not show it unless I hover over it. I've tried to increase the size of the visual and I tried changing fonts and font sizes but nothing has made a difference.

First enlarge the chart, change the format setting as below.
Format the Label position from “Outside” to “Inside” and switch on the “Overflow Text” function, now you can see all the data label.

@MEFOX , I do not think pie has an option for label overlap, try to change position and see it make difference. Label are auto-adjusted based on space
