Hi MEFOX ,
First enlarge the chart, change the format setting as below.
Format the Label position from “Outside” to “Inside” and switch on the “Overflow Text” function, now you can see all the data label.

Super UserMEFOX , I do not think pie has an option for label overlap, try to change position and see it make difference. Label are auto-adjusted based on space
