Problem with relation between slicers

Hi !

I have a table like this as input 

I need to build a power bi tool where people can select an unique combination of Region / Pais / Ciudad and it shows ID Cliente, Inicio de Actividades and Total Ventas, something like this

The problem is that when I want to select another region, for example I want to move from Africa to Asia, the second and third slicer don't update automatically, and I get something like this

So the user needs to select the country and the city instead of getting by default, for example, the first country in alphabetical order in this region (same with city)

It is possible to automatize this and avoid getting blanks (or anything I could replace them by) every time we want to change the region?
