Problem with pivot table

I have built av table report in PBI desktop but cannot seem to build it just the way I want to.

 

Alternative 2 is the report I want to create but Alternative 1 is what I have been able to create. Is Alternative 2 possible in PBI desktop?

@Anonymous , You need to create a calculation group of these measures.

Calculation Groups- Measure Slicer, Measure Header Grouping, Measure to dimension conversion. Complex Table display: https://youtu.be/qMNv67P8Go0
