Problem with import of new visuals from visual gallery

Hello,

I´ve downloaded some visuals from the gallery. Some of them I imported already and some are new.  Now I can´t see the visuals in Power BI Desktop from the visual gallery anymore. When I want to delete them, it said that there is nothing new visual but when I try to import an old one, there is written that the older one is been updated. How can I update a visualization when nothing is there to delete? After installing the visual, I can´t see anything and Power BI said that everything is correct installed before.

I only want to see the new visuals in the menu.

Hi @Anonymous,

What types of custom visual do you try to import into the Power BI Desktop? After you import custom visuals, do you get the following notification which indicates that the operation is successful?



In addition, please install Power BI Desktop on other machines and check if the issue still persists. Based on my research, if your machine has a proxy setup in its network Lan settings, custom visual may not appear in visualizations panel, for more details, please review this similar thread.
