Problem with connecting to SAP BW

Hello, 

I am trying to integrate and fetch data from SAP BW using Power BI SAP BW direct connector.

But when I do, I encounter error: 

I cannot find any useful info about resolving this issue. 
My IT team installed the connector and all the setup correct. This error also does not specify, what is the problem. 

Is there any solution for that?
