Problem with conditional formatting on table

jhern90 the screen short you are sharing is for conditonal formatting but you are saying formatting doesn't appear. Not fully sure what your question is?

 

I'm not sure upgrading to latest release will have you loose your formatting. I have to test it at my end to reproduct it.
