Hello everyone!!!
I want to see if you can help me to give you a solution to a problem of which I have already seen several posts but in this case it ah not yet worked in my case, and it is that when using the visualization tool "Map" and add the corresponding data so that the visualization is displayed, this is only blank!, and only showing the "Map title"
So I tried the following solutions:
+ Obviously verify that you have an internet connection.
+ Restart my Laptop
+ Enter Bing Maps through the browser to see if the firewall was blocking the extension.
+ Uninstall Power BI and reinstall with the latest version.
+ Sign out and sign back in to Power BI Desktop.
+ Check the quality of the data (Spelling errors and the database of satos from where they were obtained).
+ Change the properties of the field more specifically the data category to Country or region.
+ Go to Options>GLOBAL>Security and Enable: Custom visuals, ArcGIS for Power BI, Map and Choropletic Map Visuals, and Authentication Explorer.
+ Go to Options>GLOBAL>Data Load and (Clear All): Data cache management options, Q&A cache options, and Folded artifact cache options.
+ Check with the IT support of my company if the extension of the Bing maps was blocked
Of all the options mentioned above, none ah worked for me so far (in my case).
The only thing that ah helped me to view the maps ah been to change the network, to be more specific to connect my laptop to the mobile data network of my cell phone or in its case use the WiFi network of my home, so I deduce that the problem is the internal network of the company where I work, But the question is whether anyone knows more specifically what problem the network would have? That you do not allow the data to be displayed on the map if it was checked that the extension of Bing for the browser was not blocked?
I thank you in advance for your help and comments regarding this problem.
Note: It appears that some of the solutions described above have fixed the problem.
I have the same problem, the most disconcerting thing is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. When I change a subject, it breaks and you can't see it, then it starts walking... Very strange. Someone please who can't help.
