Problem with PBI Desktop running across multiple monitors on extended desktop

Has anyone else seen or resolved a problem with the Feb 2021 release of PBI Desktop in which you can no longer resize the PBI Desktop window across two monitors?

This worked just fine in previous releases. 

Windows 10, two monitors in extended desktop mode.

Is there an issue about using the "full screen" mode on the Power BI desktop settings across multi monitors?

If possible, please provide relevant screenshots.
